These two parcels of land border the A420 and its junction with Coxwell Road, on the western edge of Faringdon.
Currently pasture land, the northern parcel borders a recent housing development to the north and, across Coxwell Road, to the west is a new 125 dwelling residential development under construction.
It is expected that the plots will be of interest to a wide range of uses, particularly those which would benefit from the main road frontage to the A420.
A sale subject to planning/option agreement would be considered.
The current T junction between the A420 and Coxwell Road is due to be changed to a signal controlled junction by Oxfordshire Highways within the next 2 years.
