- 10 acre site which is now an established business park on which over 20 office and industrial units have been constructed with the current phase involving roadside and retail uses
- 7 acre site which is 50% developed out as a prominent road-side site including KFC, Marston’s and Travelodge. Retail pre-let transactions are currently ongoing.
