Our Standard Letting Service Fee is one month’s rent incl. VAT.

(If included with our Fully Managed Service  (see below) our Standard Letting Service Fee reduces to 50% of one month’s rent incl. of VAT).

Services included are:

• Free market appraisal

• Advice ensuring your property meets current compliance requirements for letting 

• Advice and assistance preparing the property to let 

• Producing property details including photographs

• Advertising and marketing including through Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla

• Marketing board 

• Conducting viewings and negotiating terms 

• Obtaining references through a third party referencing company

• Preparation of the tenancy agreement 

• Registration of tenants deposit  

Arranging an Inventory and Condition Report - Prices vary depending of size of property.
